How the numbers work: the accommodation total is split across everyone. Flights are the cheapest non-stop return per person found on 7 Oct 2026, with a small under-seat bag only; cabin bags cost extra and 14 seats on one flight may cost more. Airport transfers abroad are still estimates. Euro prices are converted at about 86p. UK travel is fuel for car-sharing, four to a car. Food covers the whole weekend including a drinks kitty. With Chris covered, everyone else pays the group total divided by 13. Nature's Nest is a guess based on its listed £175–200 per cottage per night; whole-site hire is by enquiry. Prices marked Price list come from Canoe the Wye, Blue Ocean Activities, the National White Water Centre and Zip World's published 2026 prices.
